BOXLITE Packaging designs, manufactures and markets industrial containers, designed for the handling and transport of goods, for every field and sector, made from recycled and 100% recyclable plastic materials.

BOXLITE Packaging products do not involve the use of oil, but the recycling, recovery and reuse of waste plastics from domestic and/or industrial sources. This makes it possible to extend the life cycle of certain materials or products, which are given a new function and a new value, and to dramatically reduce the production of waste, consumption of energy and natural resources and CO2 emissions, ensuring a sustainable development .

This vision is in line with the European guideline on the topic and with what the European Commission expressed in 2005: "Preventing waste generation and promoting recycling and recovery are two activities that will increase the resource efficiency of the European economy and reduce the negative environmental impacts associated with the use of natural resources. This will help preserve the resource base essential for sustained economic growth".

The two key concepts that characterise the European approach and that of BOXLITE Packaging are:


  • Waste Reduction, whereby the design and manufacture of packaging is characterised by the optimisation of the use of resources, so that the amount of waste produced and the use of harmful and environmentally hazardous substances is reduced.
  • Recycling and Recovery, whereby not only packaging and boxes are obtained from the recycling and recovery of plastic materials, so that they do not become waste, but the BOXLITE Packaging products themselves, once their function has ended, are recyclable and reusable in another production cycle.

The benefits to the environment and beyond of adopting these principles and using BOXLITE Packaging products are several:


  • Reduction of waste production: BOXLITE Packaging pallets, boxes and containers are obtained by recycling plastic materials and are in turn recyclable for the production of new packaging or for another use.
  • Prevention of tree consumption: plastic pallets and containers replace wooden ones, preserving and protecting our forests from deforestation and the dangerous atmospheric accumulation of CO2.
  • Reduction of fuel consumption: plastic pallets and containers are lighter and, when empty, less bulky than those made of wood. This saves on the amount of transport needed to move them and on fuel costs, thereby reducing polluting emissions.
  • More hygiene: plastic pallets and containers are waterproof, impervious to oil, mould and bacteria, and do not require fumigation or other pest control treatments. Reducing waste production

BOXLITE Packaging pallets, boxes and containers are obtained by recycling plastic materials and are themselves recyclable for the production of new packaging or for other uses. Tutto ciò consente di ridurre la produzione dei rifiuti.

Increased safety in the workplace

Plastic pallets and containers are more manageable, lighter and easier to move and lift. They are also safer for workers, as they do not have nails, splinters or dangerous, sharp projections.

Recycling and Recovery

So not only are packaging and boxes obtained from the recycling and recovery of plastic materials, so that they do not become waste, but the BOXLITE Packaging products themselves, once their function is over, are recyclable and reusable in another production cycle.

Greater hygiene
