CONTRACT MOULDING
The very large fleet of presses available to BOXLITE Packaging allows the company to be autonomous for the production of all products offered for sale. In addition, it also gives it the opportunity to enter the market as a supplier of injection-moulded plastic components in any sector. The versatility of the available machines allows the company to mould parts in a weight range from a few grams to 34 kg, with a clamping force range from 25 to 3,000 tonnes.
TAILOR-MADE
BOXLITE Packaging is ready to assist its customers in the design and development of dedicated packaging. Customisation can involve a modification to existing packaging: the company, for example, has modified a pallet on request to allow the snap-on attachment of car seats to the floor with special accessories. But BOXLITE Packaging can also carry out projects from scratch for special size packaging such as, for example, 2400×1200 mm packaging dedicated to the storage and transport of sofas. In addition, all boxes are manufactured in the heights required by the customer to enable him to rationalise storage in the warehouse and/or optimise transport.
.PRODUCT MARKING
Pallets and lids can be customised - on request - with the customer's brand both in the post-moulding phase (stamping, screen printing, pad printing, laser processing) and in the mould production phase. This type of processing is linked to minimum production batches.

RECOVERY OF DISCARDED PALLETS
For purchases of new plastic packaging produced by BOXLITE Packaging, the company is willing to take back end-of-life pallets (provided they are moulded in polyolefins), quoting them at a value of approximately 10% of the value of the virgin raw material. End-of-life plastic packaging is thus not a cost for disposal, but, on the contrary, a resource!
